⚠️ For an ulcer-sensitive stomach
Avoid adding lemon, lime, ginger, chili, vinegar, or other ingredients that trigger burning or discomfort. If cabbage or yogurt makes symptoms worse, don’t force yourself to drink it.
If the person has an ulcer diagnosis, they should continue any treatment prescribed by their healthcare professional.
